Spacieux SFH 4/3.5 à Bayside

This was our second time staying at Kelly and Eric's house; we liked it so much last summer that we booked their house again this summer! The house size, amenities, proximity to the pools, restaurants, beaches, and golf courses met the needs of our family of eight! Our two year old granddaughter really enjoyed riding her trike and scooter along the sidewalks. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house updates are absolutely wonderful! The open concept allowed our family to stay connected. We especially appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, abundance of towels, beach items, refrigerator in the garage, and spacious sleeping arrangements. Kelly was quick to respond to us when reaching out; she even allowed early check-in which was so appreciated! We will most definitely rent Kelly and Eric's house when back in the area with our family!

We had a great experience staying at Bayside for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and was the perfect fit for our large group. The kids had so much fun using the loft space and each adult couple enjoyed the privacy in their rooms. The pantry space was so impressive and kept the kitchen mess to a low. We also love the proximity to the beach, and the ability to use the amenities (kayaking, the pools, and 38 degrees restaurant). From doing puzzles on the kitchen table, to playing Mario Kart in the loft, this house is one to remember! Final shout out to the impressive garage and ability to use the bikes and beach chairs. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay there!

Every detail was thought out and prepared for our stay. The house comfortably slept our party of 13, and had every amenity we could need for cooking and hanging out. We got the amenities pass and thoroughly enjoyed the pools and splash pad. Worth the money for sure. I would recommend this location and Time of Your Life vacation rentals without hesitation. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed! Very clean, comfortable and very well stocked! Our kids said this was their favorite vacation we’ve taken as a family so far! At the resort we had an had an amazing week filled with loads of activities: biking, swimming at the beautiful pools, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, visits to fitness center, puzzles, card games, the arcade machine, relaxation, cooking on the grill and some delicious meals out! For us it was a 15 minute ride to Fenwick Beach and a 30 minute ride to Assateague Island and the inlet at OCMD boardwalk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home (my husband, myself and our four adult children). It is exactly as it appears in the photos. The home is comfortable and very well stocked. The hosts have thought of many extras that make it a truly enjoyable stay. The community is pristine. We enjoyed the kayaking and being able to watch the fireworks at The Point. Having a shopping center that included a grocery store and ice cream shop (+ other stores) right outside of the development was also very convenient. If we come back to this area to vacation, we would not hesitate to stay in this community and rent this house. It was perfect for our group! Kelly & Eric are great hosts!
